The problem
The client required a transparent and tool agnostic approach to drive its business through the implementation of tailored data analytics products. This tool will provide OSD clients unique insight into the health and performance of its business processes.
The solution
Aeyon’s Data Science team developed a means to automate briefings which will communicate issues that have resource, management, and broad strategic and/or policy implications. More than half the data on these briefings is already collected and stored in current data systems. The program managers simply provide the remaining information on a simple fillable form, and the Data Science team uploads the data to build the briefings. This eliminates duplicate data entry, minimizes manual data entry, and ensures these critical briefings are accurate and consistent and delivered on-time
